RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation
• Assist with managing stock levels, including restocking shelves, inventory management, and handling product deliveries
• Support visual merchandising, ensuring displays are appealing and in line with brand guidelines
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point of sale (POS) system
• Provide product knowledge and advice to customers, helping them find the right items to meet their needs
• Assist with promotional activities, sales events, and in-store marketing initiatives
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Stay informed about product updates and new arrivals to offer relevant recommendations to customers
